Cash Management
Preparing the Group cash flow report
Preparing the liquidity and 6 month cash forecast
Maintaining bank mandates and SSI’s
Process and reconcile treasury related payments
Reconcile daily cash positions
Manage intra-day liquidity exposure
Risk Management
Ensure daily trading parameters are correctly set and maintained.
Execute hedging transactions throughout the day as required
Update and push client rates as required
Internal and External funding
Ensure that incoming and outgoing funds are correct and properly reconciled
Ensuring all funding requests are properly raised
Experience
This role requires a treasury specialist with two to three years’ previous treasury experience gained in a medium or large corporation. Cash Management experience is essential as is the ability to manage relationships with the key stakeholders. Foreign exchange execution and reconciliation experience is highly desirable.
Key Skills
The Treasury Assistant role requires:
Computer literacy (experience of using Treasury Management Systems is desirable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work closely with team colleagues, coupled with working with limited supervision
An individual who is well organised and able to work to tight deadlines

Key responsibilities
Work with new clients to obtain and submit KYC & contract documentation.
Ensure all documentation is within rules and correct standard before sending to Acquiring banks.
Protect and enhance our reputation by offering a seamless onboarding service to our clients.
Resolve any issues between a client and their acquiring bank.
Use our client management platform to update progress.
Reports to Client Relationship Director.
Experience
This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in banking or card acquiring, gained in a small / medium size provider. Business relationship and client facing experience is essential, along with the ability to manage a high number of applications.
Key Skills
The Onboarding Manager role requires:

Key responsibilities
Assist clients with application related queries, ensuring all introduced clients successfully go live with an FXC account.
Manage day-to-day running of a client’s account and answer any questions raised by clients.
Be the key point of contact and manager for a portfolio of clients.
Protect and grow revenue by managing a client’s growth, produce set and acting as a liaison for new or potential clients.
Resolve any issues between a client and their service provider.
Monitor portfolio revenue and spot both upward and downward trends and identify the cause.
Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth handover / client management experience.
Negotiating price, security requirements, and other key issues between clients and partners.
Ensure a high percentage of applications go-live with the FXC module.
Required Skills
MS office skills – especially excel to an intermediate / advanced level (create and maintain pivot tables, advanced formula strings etc.).
Understanding of banking and cash flow.
Confidence to deal with senior decision makers at our client companies.
Confidence when dealing with issues and problems.
